Would this be a good simple diet? Just for structure.
At least drinking 1,5 L water a day. Instead of coffee a cup of tea (because rarely drink coffee).
I like it that they just say what you have to eat at least every day. For two weeks. Simple. And if I am still hungry I just eat more. Or include a little tread. It is for me not about losing weight, but about eating healthy enough at least.
