Graphically beautiful statistics
At the last day of 2015, I wrote a blog post named ‘2015 IN A FACTUAL SHORT STORY‘. I wrote about myself, the amount of blog posts, the pages, some statistics and finally the goals for 2016. WordPress self has also made a nice statistical overview of my blog and of many other blogs. Oh I really like the graphics! And even the fireworks are code in such a way, that you can find the code and place it on GitHub – the big code forum sharing site – too as a firework art. That is celebrating Happy New Year in code! It is today the 7th of January so not too late for another (belated) Happy New Year mention.
Enjoy this post!
Have you found your statistics on WordPress?
Here is the tip I got from other bloggers:
https://yourwebsite.wordpress.com/2015/annual-report and there it is!
This is what WordPress says about my statistics. It is not possible unfortunately to import the statistics totally in this blog post, so the link to the full report is provided.
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,100 times in 2015. If it were a cable car, it would take about 35 trips to carry that many people.
