I hope you like the book too. It is worth to read it! I am not telling about the story too much– never do in my book reviews – you have to read the book yourself and make your own opinion.

In my view…

The book is about a group of people who start with writing the numero zero of a new newspaper. The numero zero of a newspaper brings presenting old tales, happenings and rumours as the new ‘news’. The group of journalist who gathers all those stories face that old tales can still have their influence nowadays. With its excitement, curiosity and danger that does not end when a tale is told. Conspiracies, history of the WWII, Italy, stories and also just fiction. That’s what describes the subjects of this book. This book really looks like a slow thriller.

Lots of things happen in this book and there are lots of details. But the way of writing made me feel I had to read it within one or two days. It is a book I can not compare to other books that I have read, yet.

Writing style / spelling

At the time of reading I discovered no spelling or grammar mistakes.

Main characters

The important characters of this novel are the journalists who write the numero zero and the publisher. But one of the journalists, named Colonna, is the main character. Who is a student that has never graduated and he gives his own reasons for it. His life changes when he receives a call from the influencer and ceo of the newspaper, named Simei.

Enjoy reading!

Greetings by Sophie
